| This is my favorite time of year, I must say. I'm glad it's short though because I can't stand the cold for too long. My 18th birthday is in 19 days, so that is quite exciting yet scary at the same time. College is quickly approaching which is again, exciting yet scary. It looks like I'll be going to The King's College in NYC. I'm incredibly looking forward to it, but the fact that I desperately need scholarships is a bit stressful. However, God is faithful. Our church play is wrapping up tonight, and our school production is beginning. We open with "Our Town" on Thursday at Overton.
Two weeks left until Sam comes home, my brother graduates, and I get a break from school. Yes!
Have a blessed night, and thanks for reading! :)

| My life has been crazy these last two weeks. My grandfather died on July 10th. His funeral was July 17. My dad went on a business trip to Johnson City the night of the 19th. He was taken into the hospital in Johnson City on the 20th because he passed out after his meeting. Mom and I left as soon as we got the phone call. We got back today from spending time with him as his tests were run and the hospital took forever to get each step completed. Anyway, let's just say I'm glad to be home and thankful that everything seems to be okay with Dad. I don't want to go to the hospital anytime soon, and I don't want to work in the medical field. BLAH! :)

| My grandfather died last night around 9:15. It was his birthday, so it was neat to see him go on the day he was born. Anyway, thank you guys for your prayers. Our family has had so much support through all of this, I couldn't ask for anything more. The funeral should be either tomorrow or the day after, so just remember us as the next few days happen.
Thanks. |
